About the Role

Position Overview:The Bookkeeping/Admin Virtual Assistant is responsible for supporting financial operations by accurately recording and maintaining financial transactions. This role is remote and requires proficiency in bookkeeping software and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and categorize financial transactions using accounting software.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audits.
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong communication skills.
Executive Assistant:
Position Overview:The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to company executives, managing schedules, handling communication, and coordinating various tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive review.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
