About the Role

Position: HR & Admin Associate

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2. Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively. 8. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.

9.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Always live the Core Values of BPR Advisors. 2. Ensure the overall comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the office environment. 3. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial candidate assessments, and performing background checks. 4. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities, including preparing necessary paperwork and facilitating training sessions. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, and HR databases. 6. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information. 7. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. 8. Assist in maintaining records of all administrative expenses, staff office space, phone and other admin related. 9. Support employee relations activities, such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. 10. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee recognition programs. 11. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. 12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 13. Ensure that all government regulatory compliance is fully complied with. 14. Complete HR and Admin tasks as required. 15. Perform other tasks that may be assigned as the need arises.
