About the role:
Lead a 2 person IT team and ship real automations in 90 days. Build Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop) + Power Apps (Canvas/Model driven) with Dataverse, partner with Accounting on D365 BC/QBO, and mature M365 (Entra/Intune/SharePoint) governance.
What you’ll do
• Automate with Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop) and build Power Apps on Dataverse
• Partner with Accounting on Dynamics 365 BC / QBO processes (AP/AR, approvals, bank recs)
• Mature M365: Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint/Teams governance; DLP for Power Platform
• Lead/mentor 2 IT Specialists; implement runbooks, SOPs, and a lightweight CoE
90 day outcomes
• 3 production automations saving ≥10 hrs/week
• MFA/Conditional Access baseline; DLP policies for Power Platform
• BC/QBO automation roadmap + live KPI dashboard
Must haves
Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas/Model driven), Dataverse, SharePoint/Teams integration, API/connectors; player coach leadership; accounting data fluency.
Nice to haves
D365 Business Central (APIs/AL basics), Power BI/DAX, Entra/Intune, Azure, RPA Desktop.
